6. Subscription Tiers

6.1. Free Tier: Limited access to the Service including the food sensitivity assessment and basic recipe browsing.

6.2. Pro Tier: Full access including food diary, meal planning, shopping lists, personalised recipe recommendations, and diet duration tracking. Billed monthly or annually.

6.3. Practitioner Tier: Includes all Pro features plus client management capabilities. Available to qualified healthcare professionals.

6.4. Prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) inclusive of Swiss VAT where applicable.

6.5. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept credit/debit cards and TWINT.

7. Subscription Terms

7.1. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

7.2. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7.3. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable Swiss or EU consumer protection law.

7.4. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.

8. User Content and Data

8.1. You retain ownership of all Health Data you enter into the Service.

8.2. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data as necessary to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8.3. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

9. Intellectual Property
